Waste Not Want Not was born from the understanding that food insecurity is not just about hunger — it's about dignity, connection, and community. Our founder witnessed firsthand how surplus food was being discarded while families in the same neighborhoods went without.
What started as a simple act of redirecting meals from a local restaurant to a neighborhood church has grown into a scalable model designed to serve communities city by city.
